Each meeting will include a structured presentation by ESSDACK specialists or guest speakers, as well as time to share resources or ideas among the members. Additionally, participants will find the non-structured exploration time valuable to work collaboratively on projects or to view vendor demonstrations. While there may be some crossover, to best meet the needs of participants, Tech Coordinators will meet separately from Tech Integration participants most months. Why Join This Group? 1. Get support and enhance your skills. 2. Stay on the cutting edge of technology. 3. Take yourself to a new professional level. 4. Share your solutions and ideas. Lunch will be served. Meetings from Sept - June Not sure about the full year? Call Pam if you want to attend a one day session of this group! More

ESSDACK Tech Coordinators Group The ESSDACK Tech Coordinators Group (affectionately known as the Nerds group) is a study group of a sort that meets on a monthly basis Sept. - June to discuss technology issues and developments. Our membership represents districts from the large to the small. Most tech folks are somewhat isolated in their jobs, they have no one with which they can discuss technical issues. It is so nice to be able to talk with someone that gets it! At our meetings we have technical presentations by a variety of vendors at times. Typically, discussions and presentations are by members of the group, sharing their practices and methods to resolve problems. Tech Coordinators face similar problems, and many have found that having someone to talk to who's been there, done that is so beneficial! We also have an active Google Group for quick questions and sharing of solutions. Join our group and add your knowledge, and gain from our collective knowledge and experience. We meet typically on the first Friday of the month. Hope to add you as a member of the ESSDACK Tech Coordinators group! More
